Pick up Policy:
Bicycles not pick up within 5 days of being notified of repairs/service being completed or refusal of estimate will receive a $5 per day storage fee.
Bike Warranty Policy:
Our eBike warranty duration is 36 months. Your first service is free and should be scheduled within three months after your purchase date. After the first service, all future services are subjected to a $60 service fee. These services should occur every 90 days to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your eBike.
Service includes; battery check & diagnostics, brake system inspection & adjustment, tire pressure & condition check, electric system diagnostics, chain & gear inspection/adjustments, frame and suspension check and a general safety inspection.
Your eBike's warranty remains in full effect as long as you continue to use this service plan or have the bike services by an authorized technician every three months. Failure to follow the recommended service may impact your warranty.
Bike Rental Policy:
If the bike is returned after the drop off time agreed upon, you will be subjected to a $20 per hour late fee or charged for an extra day.
You will be responsible for any fees, charges and expenses incurred as a result of damage to the rented bicycle.
